Then you are in the right place! We use a natural polishing technique to produce the brilliant shine on our dark chocolate covered macadamia nuts and other dark chocolate confections. Our NonGMO macadamia nuts and espresso beans come from Dr. Paulo's Kona Coffee and Macadamia Nut Farms in Captain Cook, Hawaii. We handcraft all of our confections to perfection!
